When you take into consideration the challenges to remove asbestos in people’s homes we prioritise the tenants concerns and explain the controls that we are using and the tenants limitations to access the working environment. We recognize the importance of working with a Tenants Liaison Officer to ensure a smooth delivery of our services.

In recent years we have developed a pocket book for the TLO to use that describes how the work will be undertaken.

The work is often managed by agreeing to a commercial schedule of rates that demonstrate best value, currently we have over 25 MTC within Greater London and the South East employing up to 35 site staff.
